GALLERY DELIVERY

Your final edited gallery will be delivered through a private online gallery within 3–4 weeks of your wedding day.

PRINTING RIGHTS

All collections include high-resolution digital downloads and personal printing rights, allowing you to print and share your photographs for personal use.

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE

Additional wedding day coverage may be added for $400 per hour, subject to availability.

TRAVEL

Travel throughout Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland is included. Weddings outside these areas may require additional travel and accommodation fees.

LOCATION & VENUE FEES

Any photography permits, venue fees, parking, admission, or other location-related fees are the responsibility of the client.

BOOKING YOUR DATE

A signed photography agreement and 20% booking retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your photography agreement.

SALES TAX

Collection prices are listed before applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and added to your invoice as required by law.

CUSTOM COLLECTIONS

Every wedding is unique. Collections may be customized with additional coverage or services to thoughtfully complement your wedding day.
